I work as a photographer. Would you say I sell pictures?

I sell emotions. I get to be with people in remarkable moments of their lives. The results are images that tell stories, bring back memories, but overall create feelings.
That is what I sell.

What do you sell in your business?
As I told someone not to long ago, everything is invented, there is not a magic formula for a great product. Great products are everywhere, people’s needs are pretty much satisfied, so how can your business succeed?

Think of yourself as a photographer if you will, and try to find the emotion you want to create in your customers. Make a connection, make people choose you or your product over the others’.

Do you think I’m a romantic or do you agree with me that in this saturated market we all need to sell more than just things?
